Emmitt Bailey, who is eight years old, won the $2,500 cash prize for having the highest flow in the 2022 national competition, besting 688 other competitors.

On Monday, Bailey and his mother Erin Bailey appeared on “Fox and Friends” to celebrate the win.

Young Emmitt flaunted his award-winning blonde hair during the episode.

Emmitt Bailey claimed that after telling his mother he wanted “awesome hockey hair,” he initially made the decision to develop a mullet. He has sported the appearance for two years.

His mother admitted, “At first, I wasn’t on board.” However, he was quite persistent.
Despite her initial reservations, Erin Bailey said that the mullet has “sort of grown on all of us.”
She remarked, “Now it really is just a part of who he is. And I think he would appear a little strange without it.
